Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a payment under the 2015 basic payment scheme will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork who visited her Department's offices in Portlaoise, in County Laois, and clarified any departmental misunderstandings in connection with the claim; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
