View answerA voted provision of €1.2 billion is included in the 2019 Estimates in respect of Irish Water’s domestic water services operational and capital expenditure in 2019. At the end of September 2019 €806m of this provision had been provided to Irish Water.
I expect to be providing the full €1.2 billion to Irish Water in 2019 in respect of Irish Water’s domestic water services operational and capital expenditure as provided for in the 2019 Estimates.
