View answerI am advised that the lands at the location in question are in private ownership. The Office of Public Works(OPW) has no knowledge or functions in relation to the purported right of way. The OPW, along with Cork County Council and Irish Rail, are permitted access through the vehicular gate at the entrance for maintenance purposes.
