383. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Defence the number of full-time qualified gas boiler engineers employed by either the Defence Forces or his Department in each military barracks to date in 2021. [6611/21]
View answerMy Department employs a broad spectrum of grades to support the upkeep and maintenance of military infrastructure and equipment. My Department does not employ anyone as a full-time, qualified, gas boiler engineer, nor is there anyone serving in the Corps of Engineers of the Defence Forces as a full-time, qualified, gas boiler engineer. However, such a qualification is held by a number of plumbers among the civilian and military personnel.
