213. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if measures were taken beyond requesting a voluntary declaration by panellists to ensure no conflict of interest when adjudicating the music industry support package. [8020/21]
View answerThe names and biographies of all panellists were published on the FMC website in advance of the launch of the Music Industry Support Scheme. All panellists were required to declare a conflict of interest in any application, should one arise. Any panellist who did declare a conflict of interest was excluded from the relevant applicant's adjudication.
