220. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Education when the available spaces on the panel for the provision of hand sanitiser to her Department for schools will go out to tender; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17825/21]
View answerThe Department’s multi supplier agreement for the provision of PPE including hand sanitiser has a term of one year, with four possible six month extension. The Department is considering the most appropriate procurement approach to meet the sectors’ future needs including the possible solutions that may be available from the Office of Government Procurement for the whole of the Public Sector.
