Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if content which promotes or hosts fraudulent ads or scams is defined as harmful online content under the Online Safety and Media Regulation Bill; and whether there are provisions under the legislation for such content to be regulated in line with harmful online content defined under the legislation with similar enforcement provisions.
