225. Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will address a matter in relation to milk quota scheme (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19930/24]

The issue raised relates to eligibility criteria under the scheme for additional milk quota in 2008. The allocation of milk quotas is not an issue which can now be addressed as milk quotas were abolished in 2015.
