Deputy Colm Brophy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if the State has access to mother and baby records from a private nursing home (details supplied); if the public can access this information; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will appreciate, I have no direct role in the operational handling of the records retained by the Child and Family Agency Tusla. I have however referred the Deputy's question to Tusla for a direct reply.
