The period of office of the members of the board expired on 31st December, 1974. Because of the need to consider certain matters relating to the board arising from the announcement by the Minister for Education on 16th December, 1974, on the future arrangements for dental education, it was decided to extend the period of office of the members until 31st December, 1975, rather than make new appointments for a full term of office. This extension was made on 30th January, 1975.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to have the answers to (c) and (d) circulated in tabular form with the Official Report.
