Deputies Eileen Desmond, David Molony, Michael O'Leary and John Ryan; that they have nominated the following Member to serve on the Joint Committee on Co-operation with Developing Countries: Deputy Frank Cluskey; that they have discharged Deputy David Molony from the Select Committee on Crime, Lawlessness and Vandalism and have appointed Deputy Alice Glenn in substitution for him; that they have discharged Deputies Michael Begley and Ruairí Quinn from the Joint Committee on Building Land and have appointed Deputies Fergus O'Brien and Frank McLoughlin in substitution for them.
