I am not clear as to which review the Deputy has in mind. The most recent presentation by Mr. Delors on the topic of economic and monetary union is that made by him to the General Affairs Council which met on 6 November last. That presentation was oral and no written document was circulated. In any case, as the proceedings of the Council are confidential, it would not be appropriate to reveal the content of any discussions which take place within that forum.
