63 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Education if she will consider appointing an educational psychologist to serve the national school population in County Meath similar to those appointed to serve in the secondary school sector. [13389/95]
During the current year, ten additional psychologists have been recruited by my Department in order to improve access to psychological services in national schools. In assigning these additional psychologists to schools, priority has been given to schools serving disadvantaged areas. In any future development the needs of schools in particular areas, including County Meath, will be borne in mind.
