84 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice the current position regarding the rectification of land registry maps currently going through the Land Registry in relation to a dealing (detail supplied) in County Louth. [13680/95]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a filed plan in respect of Folio 3706 County Louth was lodged in the Land Registry on 31 August 1992.
I am further informed that the filed plan of Folio 3706 County Louth was issued on 11 August 1995 to Messrs. David O'Connell & Sons, Solicitors, Francis Street, Dundalk, County Louth (Ref No. LH 847/92).
