248 Mr. E. Ryan asked the Minister for Justice if she will give an update on the work done by the working group on tenants in the private rental sector; when the group last met; the recommendations, if any, the group has made to her; and when it will publish its final report. [12617/97]
I presume that the question is referring to the Working Group on Security of Tenure. I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 230 of 25 February, 1997. Consideration will be given to the question of publication of the Group's report in conjunction with the submission of my recommendations to Government.
