109 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he proposes to initiate the health study in Little Island, County Cork, as promised to a delegation that met him from the Little Island Community Association in January 1998. [4430/98]
The initiation of a health study is not a matter for my Department, and I suggest to the association that this matter should be pursued through the health board. However, following the meeting in order to be of some assistance, my Department asked Cork Corporation to contact the Southern Health Board in the matter.
