Ceist:195 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that new house grant applicants are having difficulties in obtaining the grant in relation to the approval of a certain plumbing and heating system that has been fitted to new houses due to the fact his Department will not recognise this product (details supplied); if he will intervene in the matter in order that new house grant applicants will not have to await a High Court judgment on the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
