Ceist:290 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she will remove the prohibition on radio advertising by a publication (details supplied) and similar newspapers and periodicals as promised in view of the fact that its advertisement is being broadcast by a radio station in Northern Ireland, having been approved by the Radio Advertising Clearance Centre in London; and her views on whether this presents a highly anomalous situation.
