Adjournment Debate. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 18 September 2002. Dealing number D2002DN025352P refers. I am further informed that requisitions of title were issued to the lodging solicitors on 8 October 2002. I understand that due to the complicated nature of these types of application it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory response to queries raised, the application will receive further attention.
