371 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry Office to expedite the transfer of a site on a folio (details supplied) in County Mayo as the transaction is needed for the provision of a rural council house by the local authority; and when this transaction will be completed. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of the application as quoted by the Deputy having being lodged in the Land Registry. If the Deputy can come back to me with the date of lodgement of the application and a Land Registry reference number I will make further inquiries on his behalf.
