168 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a land registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4160/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a release which was lodged on 16 April 2002, dealing No. D2002WS003416Y refers. Queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 7 May 2002 and the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved.
I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
