179 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when the groups that applied for funding under the federations and networks scheme in November 2001 can expect to receive the ?2.539 million allocated to this scheme. [4243/03]

They relate to issues associated with the White Paper on a Framework for Supporting Voluntary Activity and for Developing the Relationship between the State and the Community and Voluntary Sector.
