Courts (No. 2) Bill, 1997: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to increase the number of ordinary judges of the High Court, to provide for the periods of appointment of judges of the Supreme Court, the High Court, the Circuit Court and the District Court as the presiding judges of each of those Courts respectively, to amend the order of precedence of judges of the Supreme Court and High Court, to amend the Law Reform Commission Act, 1975, and to provide for consequential and other related matters.
