On 30 May 2018 Dáil Éireann passed the Education (Admissions to Schools) Bill 2016, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired. On 31 May 2018 Dáil Éireann has passed the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill 2017, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired. On 31 May 2018 Dáil Éireann agreed to amendments Nos. 1 to 3, inclusive, and 5 to 8, inclusive, made by Seanad Éireann to the Mental Health (Amendment) Bill 2017. Dáil Éireann has not agreed to amendment No. 4 and desires Seanad Éireann not to insist thereon.
