242 Mr. Stagg asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that 242 children have been waiting more than two years for orthodontic treatment in County Kildare; the reason additional orthodontists cannot be employed on a full-time basis to clear the waiting list; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
