141 Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the annual cost of printing reports by her Department and agencies under the control of her Department; the corresponding figure for annual reports; the cost of posting these reports; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraI presume the Deputy is requesting information in relation to the year 2008. The printing costs associated with the reports of my Department and the Offices of my Department for 2008 was €13,711. There was no specific postage cost associated with those reports. The printing costs associated with the annual reports of my Department and the Offices of my Department for 2008 was €39,057.89 and the cost of posting those reports was €1,611. I am not in a position to provide the information sought by the Deputy in relation to the State Agencies under the control of my Department as such information falls within the day-to-day administration of the State Agencies concerned.
