198. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment for derogation 2012 will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51913/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraWhile the person named has submitted a derogation application, it has been necessary to request that further supporting documentation be submitted, in order to allow full consideration of the appeal. Immediately this required documentation is received, the application will further processed, with a view to a decision issuing as soon as possible thereafter.
