152. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the 2013 single payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; the reason for the delay in making the payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [47301/13]

Nine applications were received on 15 May 2013 requesting the transfer of Single Payment entitlements from the person named to nine other persons by way of sale. These applications have been processed and payment will issue shortly.
