Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the reason a person (details supplied) was accommodated at a facility in County Kerry as an IPAS applicant whilst awaiting court proceedings in a different part of the country; what will be done to address this; if such cases will be prioritised for processing and decision making; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
