Tender documentation in respect of improvements to PE facilities at St. Kieran's college has been approved by my Department, subject to the incorporation of a number of amendments.
The school has been advised that tenders may now be sought on that basis.
209 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has to increase the capacity of the national school in Ballygarvan, County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5377/00]
The position is that the board of management of Ballygarvan national school has written to my Department suggesting a number of sites in the area as possible locations for the proposed new school.
