Labour Party Private Members' Bills: Leave to Withdraw.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, leave be granted to withdraw the following Bills:

Human Rights Bill, 1998; Criminal Law (Rape) (Sexual Experience of Complainant) Bill, 1998; Refugee (Amendment) Bill, 1998; Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1999; Partnership for Peace (Consultative Plebiscite) Bill, 1999, and Equal Status Bill, 1998.
