310 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will take steps to ensure that the tender procedure for the development of a new car park system in the Cork University Hospital complied with the Government guidelines for tendering. [23971/01]

While this is primarily a matter for the Southern Health Board, my Department has made inquiries from the board which has confirmed that the appropriate tendering guidelines have been complied with in this case.
