The point I raised on Second Stage related to section 2(2). I accept the Minister of State's assurance that no discourtesy was intended. The explanatory note was very helpful and might have assisted us had we had it in advance. It is very helpful if, when legislation refers back to particular sections of another Bill, that we have such information before us. I accept it was merely an oversight. I thank the Minister of State for his generous remarks.
