The liquidator is at an advanced stage in negotiations for disposal of the assets of the company, and I have every reason to expect that these negotiations will be brought to a satisfactory conclusion. The final arrangements in relation to disposal of the assets of the company are subject to contract and will require High Court approval. In these circumstances, I am not in a position to furnish any further information to the House.
