Vol. 6 No. 2

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - BALLYNACARGY (WESTMEATH) SHOOTING.

SEAN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Defence whether he will cause an inquiry to be held into the circumstances of the death of Thomas Moore, of Rath, Ballynacargy, Westmeath, who, it was alleged, was accidentally shot by Volunteer Gaynor, and, if so, whether the father of deceased will be permitted to call witnesses.

The matter is under consideration, and I will communicate with the Deputy.
