asked the Minister for Finance if his Department has received repeated applications from P.J. Anthony Maher, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, for a sum of £90 for which a decree was given some time ago by the County Court Judge for loss of goods, and if he can now state when the amount due will be paid, or the reason for the delay in doing so.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA
A report, not a decree, was made in this case, and the amount recommended appears to include an item for which compensation is not payable under the Damages to Property (Compensation) Act, 1923. The case is under consideration in my Department, and will be disposed of as speedily as possible.
