Vol. 21 No. 3

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - MILITARY PENSION CLAIM (WEXFORD).

asked the Minister for Defence if a service report has been made to him in favour of a military pension being awarded to Pierce Daly, Green Street, Wexford; if so, when will same be paid.

The Board of Assessors have reported to me that Mr. Daly did not establish to their satisfaction that he rendered the minimum amount of military service required by sub-section (4) of Section 2 of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1924. Accordingly I am unable to grant him a certificate of military service and a pension. Mr. Daly was so informed on the 21st May, 1926.
