Vol. 27 No. 5

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - NENAGH COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he will state why compensation was not given to the relatives of Patrick Hogan, Nenagh, who, it is stated, was shot by Free State soldiers on March 19th, 1923.

An inquest was held on the body of Patrick Hogan and the verdict given did not implicate any soldier. If, however, the Deputy or the relatives of the deceased make application, I will have the matter further considered.
