Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - National Health Insurance Acts.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if it is intended to introduce proposals for legislation to amend the National Health Insurance Acts so as to provide (a) benefits on the death of the insured person; (b) benefits on the death of members of the insured person's family, and (c) for the variation of such benefits according to the number of years insured; and, if so, whether such proposals will be introduced before the Summer Recess.

It is not intended to introduce legislation of the nature referred to by the Deputy.
