Vol. 33 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - The Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927.

asked the Minister for Justice if it is intended to resume the procedure with reference to applications to have licences abolished under the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927; and, if so, if he will again consider the cases of those licensed vintners who voluntarily surrendered their licences without prejudice to their compensation.

It is not intended to make application for Reference Orders at the next Annual Licensing Court. The second part of the question does not, therefore, arise.
