asked the Minister for Finance if it is intended to publish in bound and indexed volumes the various statutory rules, orders and regulations which have been made since the establishment of the Irish Free State; and, if so, if he will have such publication expedited in view of the growing public inconvenience occasioned by the lack of such bound and indexed volumes.

Arrangements have already been made for the publication of the first of the bound and indexed volumes of Statutory Rules, Orders and Regulations. This volume should be available within the next three months.
The preliminary work on the assembly of the material is now nearing completion, and it is hoped that it will be found possible for the Stationery Office to make publication of further volumes, on the indexing of which counsel are at present engaged, before the close of the present year.
