Agricultural Co-operative Societies (Debentures) Bill, 1934—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to empower certain societies registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1893, to issue debentures, and to borrow money on the security of their uncalled capital, and for other purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.— (Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Ryan).
