Written Answers. - Removal of British Soldiers' Remains.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state whether between 1922 and 1936 any application was received from the British Government or from any other interested parties in Great Britain for permission to remove the remains of British soldiers from the territory of the Saorstát for reinterment in Great Britain; if he will state the number of such applications received, the number granted, and the number refused, and if any were refused, the grounds of refusal in each case.

Applications were received for permission to remove the remains of ten British soldiers. Permission was granted in all cases.
