Vol. 66 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Expenditure on Unemployment.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state how much of the £2,500,000 referred to in his Budget speech of 1936 for relief of unemployment has been spent in the financial year 1936-37; how much of such expenditure was defrayed out of revenue, and how much, if any, was defrayed out of borrowed money.

The matter referred to in questions numbered 11 and 13 will be referred to in the Budget statement. If after hearing the statement the Deputy desires further information perhaps he would put down a further question.
