Amended plans and specifications for the erection of 16 houses by the Midleton Urban District Council, containing modifications suggested by the Department, were received in the Department on 19th ultimo, and approval thereto was expressed on the 6th instant. The plans and specification furnished for the erection of three houses were returned for modification to the council on I6th September last. Amended documents have not since been submitted to the Department. I am not in a position to indicate when building will commence.
