From an examination of the schedule of arrears of land purchase annuities in County Roscommon, it appears that five holdings are "derelict" in the sense that they are unoccupied by their owners. These holdings are of very small area and value.
I have no information in regard to the number of holdings which may be "non-residential" in the sense that the owner does not reside on the land.
