I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to apply the Seeds and Fertilisers Supply Act, 1942, to the period which began on the 1st day of August, 1947, and will end on the 31st day of July, 1949, and to validate certain Orders made, sanctions given and things done before the passing of this Act.
