Vol. 117 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Dublin Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if any steps have been taken by the Land Commission towards acquiring the Murphy estate in the townland of Clondalkin, County Dublin, for redistribution; and, if so, what stage has been reached in these proceedings.

Inquiries are being made by the Land Commission but no decision has been reached.

Can the Minister give any indication as to when a decision will be arrived at?

I could not give any indication, but I will ask the Land Commissioners to decide the case as early as possible.
