I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to amend Sections 3 and 5 of the Minerals Company Act, 1947, and in particular to increase from £50,000 to £88,000 the sums which may be advanced to Mianraí, Teoranta, for the working of the Slievardagh coalfield.
