asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the present position with regard to the local authority housing scheme for (a) Clonbullogue, and (b) Cloghan, Offaly.
- Local Authority Housing.
A tender for the Clonbullogue scheme has been accepted by the local authority, and I understand that work on the scheme will commence this week.
As regards the Cloghan scheme, the proposal for the acceptance of a tender has been submitted to my Department for approval, and a decision thereon will issue within the next few days.
